#1/Strength!
Warm up 10 minutes on the stairs or slow jog.
Bodyweight squats: Stand with your feet hip-width distance apart. Squat until your knees are bent about 90 degrees, then stand up. Repeat for 20 secon (more)

Friday at the Warming Hut!
It was great to see a bigger group on Friday! Even though it was foggy and just a wee bit chilly, Rex, Meghan, Susanna, Amy and first timer, Stephanie warmed up quickly! We did enough arms to ensure everyone remembers me on Saturday!
