| Fit & Firm Belly Bootcamp has begun!We have a great group of women who are committing themselves to flattening their bellies and toning their bodies this spring. Britt Richardson and I are co-teaching this class series, which uses the Tupler Technique for abdominal strengthening, strength training and cardiovascular exercises to achieve fitness results in just 6 weeks. The Wednesday Power Walking class is open to drop-ins if you want to see what this challenge is all about. Meets 10:15-11:15, on the steps of Breathing Light.
